Hey,
I’m Imo.

A colorful graphic with the words "Record Breaker" inside a purple shape on a purple and pink background, and the phrase "I love running far" in bold text.

I am a British ultra runner, creator, and world record holder.

Born in Yorkshire and now based in London, I have built a reputation for tackling some of the toughest long distance challenges from breaking world records to competing in some of the world's most iconic ultra distance races.

I am also a running coach, guide runner and a passionate storyteller and creator, sharing my training, adventures, and insights into endurance, resilience, and personal growth.

My work goes beyond performance - it’s about inspiring others to find strength, joy, and meaning through challenge.

WHAT I HAVE BEEN UP TO

The speed project

In March 2026, I set the fastest known female time for completing The Speed Project solo, running from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in 77 Hours, 54 Minutes across approximately 350 miles through the Mojave Desert.

In May 2024, AT THE AGE of 24, I became the fastest female to complete the National Three Peaks Challenge on foot, covering approximately 700km with over 10,000m of elevation between Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 6 days, 5 hours, 43 minutes.

In July 2022, at the age of 22 I became the youngest female to run the length of the UK, completing the journey from John O'Groats to Land's End. Over 22 consecutive days, I covered approximately 1,340km (833 miles), averaging around 60km per day while raising funds and awareness for Young Minds, a youth mental health charity.

Public SPeaking

I regularly speak at events, festivals, schools and businesses, and have appeared on a range of podcasts, sharing my journey through endurance running.

From world records to the inevitable setbacks, I speak honestly about resilience, mindset, overcoming self-doubt, and the lessons that come from stepping outside my comfort zone.

Whether it's a team of 15 or an audience of 15,000, my goal is always the same: to leave people feeling inspired to take on challenges, back themselves, and realise that progress comes from consistently showing up.
